According to Chattooga County Sheirff’s Office reports, on December 28th, 2022, at 9:00 AM, David Anderson Kellar, 47, of Summerville, was arrested on charges of child molestation. According to Chattooga County Sheriff Investigator Wendell Flood, Kellar is accused of molesting a relative who was under the age of 16 at the time the crimes are alleged to have happened. The sheriff’s office believes that the molestation of the child has been ongoing for around three years, and “the crimes happened on multiple occasions”. Kellar was booked into the Chattooga County Jail on charges of child molestation and enticing a child for indecent purposes. He is being held on a 100,000 bond per jail records.
