Missing Ohio woman found safe in Chattooga County by deputies Wednesday night. Walker and Chattooga 911 centers received several calls about a green 1997 Cadillac with Ohio license plate AMY1332. One caller reported the Cadillac driving all over the roadway southbound on Highway 151 in Walker County. Several more calls came in shortly after reporting the Cadillac traveling the wrong way north and southbound on Highway 27 just north of Trion in Chattooga County. Chattooga County deputies responded to the area and located the Cadillac driving in the grassy median. Deputies stopped the vehicle and made contact with the driver. After running the drivers information through dispatch they discovered her to be the center of a Silver Alert out of Aberdeen Ohio. Aberdeen Police issued an alert for 86-years-old Dorothy McFarland after she hadn't been seen since around 1:00 PM Tuesday. Corporal Fielding and Deputy Sainthill said she is fine just really scared and confused. Deputy Sainthill transported her the Chattooga County Sheriff's Office lobby where she is waiting for her family who is on the way from Ohio.
