According to a Floyd County Police Department incident report, On September 14th, 2023, 11:14 AM, Officer Tucker was dispatched to 141 Malone Dr in regards to trespassing. Sgt. Whaley and Investigators also responded to the scene as well. William Kelley Brock, 48, Richard Jody Trapp, 52, Shannon Rose Lemos, 41, Kevin Larry Jones, 39, and Nicole Lee Hall, 39, were found inside a home in Garden Lakes without paying for living expenses or power. Shannon stated that she was allowed to be at the residence. Shannon also stated that no one else was inside the residence. Jason and Nathan said that they were just there to drop water off then they were leaving. Officers walked inside the residence and found four other people inside the residence. At this time, they placed everyone at the residence in handcuffs. They were arrested and booked into the Floyd County Jail, on charges of 1st degree burglary, theft of services, damaging the property of a public utility, criminal trespass.
