According to Chattooga County Magistrate Court records, On Monday, May 1st, 2023, Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force Agents found 1.6 ounces of methamphetamine and 2.8 ounces of marijuana at a Spring Creek Road residence. Agents executed a search warrant at 790 Spring Creek Road and found multiple packaged bags of methamphetamine, totaling 1.66 ounces, and approximately 2.82 ounces of marijuana placed in multiple packaged bags. Dalmous Richard Holbrook, 50, of Summerville, was booked into the Chattooga County Jail, charged with five felony charges. Holbrook is charged with bondsman off bond, trafficking methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of more than one ounce of marijuana and possession of marijuana with intent to distribute.
