According to Floyd County warrants, Bilmer Romain Vasquez-Ambrocio, 25, of Rome took a 14-year-old child to his Woodbine Avenue residence, had sex with her, and molested her back on Jun. 22, 2018. Vasquez-Ambrocio was booked into the Floyd County Jail, charged with child molestation, statutory rape, enticing a child for indecent purposes, and a misdemeanor count of contributing to the delinquency of a minor for providing the teenager with a taxi and encouraging her to leave her parent’s house in the middle of the night. He also gave authorities a false date of birth during his arrest at a location on Shorter Avenue Wednesday.
