Felons found in possession of rifle and large amount of meth after anonymous tip in Catoosa County

According to a Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office incident report, On January 2nd, 2023, Several Catoosa County Detectives responded to an address on Jerry Eaves Lane to follow up on an anonymous tip that Brandon Lee Breazeale, 35, of Ringgold, was staying in a pool house behind that residence. Breazeale was wanted for multiple felony warrants through Catoosa County. Detectives made contact with Levi William Eaves, 38, of Ringgold, who advised that Breazeale was possibly in the pool house, and Detective Lyons began calling out for Breazeale to come out. Breazeale acknowledged Detective Lyons and was taken into custody without incident. Detectives observed a glass meth pipe sitting in plain view with a lighter next to it on a shelf in the pool house. Eaves then consented to a search and a baggy of meth was located. Eaves was also then taken into custody without incident. During a search of the pool house, Detectives located a Henry .22LR rifle that had the serial number scratched off of it. Both Breazeale and Eaves denied ownership of the rifle and claimed that a male nicknamed “Cowboy” had brought it to the pool house some time ago and left it. Detectives had prior knowledge that Breazeale was a convicted felon. Both Breazeale and Eaves were transported to the Catoosa County Jail and booked.
