Summerville pair found with large amount of meth and fentanyl during traffic stop by drug agents

According to Chattooga County Magistrate Court records, On May 6th, 2023, 11:22 PM, The Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit Drug Task Force Agents conducted a traffic stop on Mitchell Street near Northwest Congress Street in Summerville. A Summerville man and woman were found in possession of meth, fentanyl, and 56 other controlled substances during a traffic stop Jerry Blake Wallin, 33, and Tonya Charlene Cruce, 53, both of 1157 Rocky Hollow Road, were in possession of meth, fentanyl, and 56 other controlled substances during a traffic stop. Agents found a large amount of meth, fentanyl pills concealed in a Ziploc bag, a yellow buprenorphine and naloxone strip in a wallet, 32 codeine pills, five alprazolam pills, and clonazepam pills. Wallin and Cruce were booked into the Chattooga County Jail and charged with possession of fentanyl, possession of fentanyl with intent to distribute, possession of codeine, possession of codeine with intent to distribute, possession of alprazolam, possession of alprazolam with intent to distribute, possession of clonazepam and possession of clonazepam with intent to distribute. Wallin was also charged with possession of meth and possession of meth with intent to distribute.
