Rossville man cited after causing two-vehicle crash on GA-2 in Walker County that injured Ringgold man

According to a Georgia State Patrol crash report, On December 9th, 2022, at 8:30 AM, a 2017 Ford F-150 being driven by Carlvon Bush, 61, of Overbrook Drive, Rossville was entering GA-2 from Overbrook Drive attempting to turn left onto GA-2 westbound. A 1993 GMC Sierra being driven by Kenneth Hill, 29, of Ringgold, was traveling west on GA-2 in he left lane. According to the crash, “Bush failed to yield while entering the roadway. The F-150 struck the front passengers side of the GMC with its driver’s side. The GMC began to rotate counterclockwise and exited the south shoulder of GA-2. The GMC then overturned traveling off an embankment and came to a final uncontrolled rest on its top. The F-150 came to a controlled rest on the north shoulder of GA-2. Bush advised he did not see the GMC.” According to the report, Hill was injured in the crash and transported to Erlanger Main in Chattanooga. Bush was issued a citation for failing to yield when entering roadway.
