Wanted man arrested after police chase in Calhoun Monday

A Lawrenceville Georgia man was arrested Monday after leading Calhoun Police on a chase. Brandon Michael Miller was driving a 1999 Ford Explorer with a headlight out officer to attempt a traffic stop. Miller then fled from the officer and eventually ran on foot into the woods. Calhoun Officers searched the area of East May Street and Carter Street; he was soon located and taken into custody. He was found to be without a valid driver’s license and had multiple warrants for his arrest.  A warrant from Pickens County was issued for forgery, Gwinnett County for escape, and Cherokee County, Georgia for possession of meth. He was additionally charged with fleeing, obstruction, and multiple traffic violations.
