Virginia man arrested for kidnapping after chase ends in Georgia on I-75, two females rescued

A Virginia man has been arrested charged with multiple felonies including Kidnapping after leading Chattanooga Police on a chase into Georgia down I-75. Brandon Deel of Davenport, Virginia was arrested after leading multiple agencies on a high speed chase down I-75 southbound Wednesday night. The chase ended at the Catoosa/Whitfield County line. Officials say the two females who were kidnapped are safe and uninjured. Two pistols were found in the car which was reported to have been carjacked by Deel from someone in Virginia according to the Georgia State Patrol. Brandon was booked into the Catoosa County Jail by the Georgia State Patrol charged with obstruction or hindering law enforcement officers, impeding traffic flow, possession of firearm or knife while trying to commit crimes, reckless conduct causing harm to or endanger the safety, weaving, cruelty to children, reckless conduct causing harm to or endanger the safety, kidnapping, theft by bringing stolen property into state, and fleeing or attempting to elude. Chattanooga Police will take out warrants on Deel and charge him once he is extradited back to Tennessee. Deel faces charges of felony maliciously shooting in occupied building, felony grand larceny of a motor vehicle, two counts of felony use of firearm in commission of a felony, felony robbery, two counts of felony attempted robbery and felony carjacking for a robbery that took place in Washington County, Virginia.
