Two IHOP employees arrested after fight over wrong order spills into parking lot Saturday in Dalton
Anitra Perkins and Zarcola Jones both IHOP Employees were arrested Saturday after a fight at IHOP on Walnut Avenue. According to a report the fight possible started over a customers order being wrong. A fight ensued with plates and other items being thrown. One customer suffered burns after pan with grease hit them. The fight escalated spilling into the parking lot. The report says Perkins told Dalton PD officers Jones stated she had a gun, and that when she followed Jones into the IHOP parking lot, Jones tried running her over with her vehicle several times. Witnesses told Dalton PD officers when the fight went out into the parking lot, Perkins had a knife in her hand. Jones' vehicle sustained damage on the drivers door which prevented her from getting out of the driver's side. Anitra Renea Perkins, 38, of Willowdale Road, Dalton, was charged by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault, battery, criminal damage to property in the second degree and disorderly conduct. Zarcola Jones, 32, of Park Canyon Drive, Dalton, was charged by the Dalton Police Department with aggravated assault (gun), battery and disorderly conduct.
