Three arrested in Cartersville after breaking into vehicles

On Saturday, November 10th at 3:30 am Sergeant Greg Sparaccio stopped a Dodge Magnum with Tennessee plates for an equipment violation. Sergeant Sparaccio observed that three of the subjects within the car matched the descriptions of suspects observed breaking into cars just one hour earlier at Collins Point Apartments. Through investigation, Sergeant Sparaccio learned that the suspects who were involved in breaking into the vehicles had left the scene in a dark colored Dodge Magnum which matched the description of the vehicle stopped by the Police. Further investigation resulted in the arrest of three individuals, including one juvenile. Charges for all three include Possession of a Pistol Under the Age of 18, Entering Auto (3 counts), Loitering and Prowling (3 counts), Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (3 counts), Financial Transaction Card Theft (3 counts). Edvin Juarez Driving While Unlicensed, Affixing a Tag to Conceal the Identity of a Vehicle, Failure to Dim Headlights, Entering Auto (3 counts), Loitering and Prowling (3 counts), Possession of a Firearm During the Commission of a Felony (3 counts), Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (3 counts), Financial Transaction Card Theft (3 counts)
