Sugar Valley man arrested on drug charges following traffic stop in Adairsville
On Monday Jan. the 28th, Adairsville Police officers noticed a vehicle with a suspended tag. After stopping the vehicle, it was discovered the driver, James Hubbard, of a Sugar Valley address was driving with a suspended driver’s license. During a search, officers discovered drugs in the vehicle including Marijuana, Methadone pills, and suspected Fentanyl. Hubbard was booked into the Bartow County Jail and charged with operating an unregistered vehicle, driving while license suspended, drugs to kept in original container, possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, and possession of a schedule two controlled substance. Hubbard is being held on a $6,350 bond.
