Silver Creek man arrested after pointing firearm at woman Wednesday night in Floyd County
A Silver Creek man is facing several felony charges following a domestic incident at his home on Montre Circle in Silver Creek Wednesday. According to Floyd County Jail records, 54-year-old James Broadus Bloodworth pointed a firearm at a woman three separate times during an altercation and threatened to kill her.
Bloodworth also reportedly used a cutting utensil to cut a stuffed teddy bear and then showing it to the victim. Bloodworth is being charged with aggravated assault, pointing or aiming a gun at another, terroristic threats and acts, criminal trespass, and reckless conduct.
