Rome man arrested for using stolen credit cards after telling Rome Police to "run up" on Facebook
Toby Lance Eden, 26 of Rome, was arrested this week after Rome Police posted a picture to their Facebook page asking the public help in identifying two people accused of using stolen bank cards at Walmart. Toby was quickly identified and then commented "run up" under the post RPD replied to Eden's comment with a GIF (Graphics Interchange Format). Reports say Eden was in possession of stolen Walmart and Capital One Credit Cards. Reports said that Eden allegedly made over $720 in purchases back on January 1 from Walmart on Cartersville Highway. Eden is charged with two counts financial transaction card fraud, theft by taking and parole violation.
