Rome man arrested after hitting Floyd County deputy in the face

According to reports on Thursday, August 20th, 2020, deputies were severing an arrest warrant on Jimmy Lee Ashworth, 37 of Rome, was arrested when he fled on foot in an effort to avoid capture.
