Law enforcement still looking for wanted felon who struck GSP patrol vehicle in December
The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public to assist with locating wanted felon Joseph Thomas Lolley. Lolley is a 42-year-old white male with brown hair and blue eyes. He is 5’10” tall and weighs 200 pounds. His last known address is 208 Farmland Drive Rossville, GA but he is believed to be in the Chattanooga area. Police say that Joseph Lolley was stopped around 10:00 A.M. on December by a Georgia State Patrol Trooper at Park Lake Road. The trooper who pulled Lolley over said that Lolley struck the patrol car with his vehicle and then immediately fled the scene. Police obtained Lolley’s driver’s license before he was able to flee the scene and discovered that there were felony warrants out for his arrest. Lolley had a passenger with him who was also taken into custody. Joseph Lolley is wanted for aggravated assault on a police officer, obstruction of a police officer, interference with government property, possession of schedule II narcotics, and multiple traffic violations.
