Friday morning traffic stop on I-59 by Trenton K-9 officer leads to arrest of two on drug charges

Friday morning at approximately 2:00 A.M. K9 Officer E. Hartline and his partner Ivo performed a traffic stop on I-59 in the city of Trenton. With the assistance of Georgia State Trooper Judd Whitfield and Dade County Officer Mathon Sledge, several controlled substances were located including what appeared to be DABS, Psilocyn Mushrooms, MDMA (Ecstasy / Molly), and Cocaine. Derrick Jones the driver, was charged with Traffic violations and Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance. Keytonna Aguilera was charged with two counts of Possession of a Schedule I Controlled Substance and Possession of Cocaine.

Trenton PD posted on Facebook saying "Interstate Patrol is necessary to prevent these dangerous drugs from making their way into our city and surrounding areas. Great Job by our Law Enforcement Family!"
