Dade County Sheriff’s Office looking for wanted felon

On February 27th, at approximately 3:30pm, Dade County Deputies were dispatched to an address on Porter Road in reference to a vehicle being “cut up”. Dade County Deputies arrived on scene and were advised that two subjects (Wooten & Gass) were seen running from the property just prior to their arrival. Upon further investigation, 2 stolen vehicles were located and recovered, as well as a stolen camper and several cutting tools/torches. One subject (Dalton) was arrested on scene for a warrant out of Trenton PD, and giving officers a false name and/or date of birth. A search warrant was obtained for the residence on the property, where an illegal firearm and illegal drugs were also recovered.
Jeremiah L Dalton 38-years-old of Flat Rock, AL was arrested and charged with:
• Giving False Name and/or DOB to Law Enforcement
• Warrant (Trenton PD)
Arrest Warrants were obtained for the two subjects seen running from the residence.
Charles A Gass 36-years-old of Trenton, GA was arrested on Monday, March 4th and charged with:
• Tampering with Evidence
• Possession of Drug Related Objects
• Owning/Operating/Conducting a Chop Shop (warrant)
Steven D Wooten 35-years-old of Trenton, GA was not arrested and has warrants for:
• Theft by Receiving Stolen Property
• Owning/Operating/Conducting a Chop Shop
