Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office looking for career felon and stolen Harley-Davidson
The Catoosa County Sheriff’s Office is asking help with locating Jesse David McDaniel along with the 2007 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail Classic motorcycle Vin# 1HD1BW5167Y071944 pictured below. The motorcycle was stolen between August 5th and August 9th from Warren Street in Catoosa County. According to the Catoosa County Sheriff's Office warrants have been issued for McDaniel in reference to the theft. Based on parts recovered and evidence obtained during a search of McDaniel’s residence it is believed the motorcycle has been partially stripped (back seat, saddlebags) painted black with gold metal flakes and may now look similar to the one pictured. This isn't McDaniel first run with the law he has a lengthy arrest record. McDaniel was arrested back in October 2017 by the Walker Sheriff's Office on several felony charges after fleeing from deputies in a stolen Harley-Davidson. McDaniel was booked into the Walker County Jail on felony charges of possession of firearm or knife by a convicted felony, possession of firearm or knife during commission of a felony, possession of sawed-off shotgun, carrying a concealed weapon, theft by receiving stolen property, theft by bringing stolen property into state, criminal use of an article with an altered ID mark, driving while driving while license suspended or revoked 5th offense Felony and fleeing and attempted to elude- 4th offense. McDaniel was recently booked into the Hamilton County Jail in June on a felony failure to appear warrant.
