Drunk woman violates bond condition and assaults man during domestic in Tunnel Hill

According to a Whitfield County Sheriff’s Office incident report, On December 14th, 2022, at 10:22 PM, Deputy Robledo and Sergeant Buchanan were dispatched to an address on Townsend Lane in reference to a domestic. The victim stated that Frankie Dianne Cross, 49, of Rocky Face, came over to his residence uninvited. Since the door was locked, Frankie was hitting the screen door with a broom in an attempt to open the door. The victim said after a while, and he let Frankie inside, she began assaulting him, putting him into a headlock on the couch. Frankie slammed the victim onto the couch while she had him in a headlock, and the couch broke. The victim also stated Frankie had pulled out clumps of his hair. There were multiple pieces of his hair in his bedroom by the front of his bed. The victim also had two separate wads of his hair on the kitchen table that were pulled out by Frankie. The victim said Frankie left the residence when he told her law enforcement officers were on the way. The victim stated Frankie was extremely drunk and drove away in a silver ford. About an hour later, Tunnel Hill Police Department Officer Carter stopped the silver Ford in the area of Townsend Ln after observing the vehicle traveling at a fast speed. When asked by deputies what happened earlier, Frankie stated the victim was cheating on her and speaking to other females. Frankie stated she only had two fireballs. According to the report, “Then stated it was not a Fireball but had two cinnamon bottles of wine to drink about one hour ago. Frankie was slurring her speech and had glossy eyes. Deputy Robledo asked Frankie if she would submit to field sobriety. Frankie denied field sobriety. Frankie was placed under arrest and put in the back seat of Deputy Robledo’s patrol vehicle.” On the way to booking, Frankie kicked the door to Deputy Robledo’s patrol vehicle many times and kicked the partition. Frankie was extremely irate and used foul language on the way to booking. Frankie was charged with simple battery (FV), criminal trespass (FV), violation of bond condition, DUI less safe.
